A review of Star Trek III, coming from me, is likely to be almost completely uninformative and lacking in objectivity. But you know I like it. Some people say ST2 and ST4 were the good ones. I like the Kubrick-2001 pacing and design of Star Trek: The Motion Picture, and I like the piracy theme in ST3. Actually, I like all of the original cast movies. And I haven’t seen ST5 in a while. Maybe I’ll queue up ST5, Star Wars Ep. II, and Dark Star — it will be a mediocre scifi extravaganza!
Perhaps sadly, my enthusiasm is genuine. Except, perhaps, for Star Wars Episode II.
